By purchasing you understand that: this is a traditionally hand sculpted and cast BJD head. We do everything ourselves, and all casting is done by one person, so the look of the end product may be different compared to what you may think of “big company” casting standards. We do all we can to produce the best possible quality, but we cast in small batches and use what techniques and equipment are available to us. Castings may have imperfections such as, but not limited to: sanding marks, uneven head cap fitting, marbling, small dust specks, small bubbles and unevenness in some inconspicuous areas. These are not considered defects and will not affect the quality of the overall doll. Thank you for your understanding.
If you have purchased one of the darker resin tones, please understand that this could take longer than the set timespan, as darker resins require a different form of resin and larger amounts of pigment that can make production more extensive.
